Coming from a project management background, I work mostly in large, complex projects that need to implement and run effective risk management processes. By nature, these projects are usually of a highly technical, and have high risk activities, with significant public profile and usually high cost.Over the past nine years, I have been developing techniques and services associated with determining appropriate limits of contractor liability to include in contracts. This work has been spawned by Government interest in moving away from unlimited supplier liability in its contracts to levels that more closely align with teh actual risks involved in the contract and the potential exposure of the Government to damages from contractor breach.
