 -Participates in the development of clinical and operational policies and procedures. 
 -Conducts training, credentialing and education for associated personnel. 
 -Participates in quality management and educational development programs.

North Texas Flight Paramedic Nov 2017-July 2018Base Supervisor at PHI Med 1-5 Jan 2017-Aug 2017Base Supervisor at STAT Air 2 - March 2015-Nov 2016Base Supervisor at BS&W MCMC - Oct of 2015-Dec Hired in March of 2014 as a Flight Paramedic. Assumed the AMBS position in March of 2015 to manage the daily operations of a community-based HEMS program and improved the base’s forecasted net. In October of 2015 assumed the AMBS role of a second base in a traditional style Specialty Care NICU/PICU transport program and participated in securing a long-term contract with the 7th largest not-for-profit hospital system in the U.S. - establishing a base in Temple, TX. Primary duties were contract management, public relations, government affairs, committee participation, business development, and liaising with the customer in regard to the specialty care transport team. Other duties included human resources & staffing, employee development, preceptor for new hires, finance, maintenance management, and aviation/safety/clinical compliance.

Hired to perform business development in a new market (Florida, Georgia & Alabama) for private/commercial businesses and municipalities. Complete autonomy to assess and determine the most beneficial site to locate a regional office and equipment for rental/lease/sales for an expansion office and improve the bottom line. Researched Request For Proposals (RFP’s) from municipalities in the region and submit bids for equipment. Responsibilities included assistance in securing and moving equipment to the customer in a timely manner, and then continue customer service until termination of each project.

Responsible for the PICU/NICU Specialty Transport Ambulance, preparing and stabilizing patients for transport, and assisting with patient care in the PICU/NICU and Children’s ED.

Perform the duties of a flight paramedic in a critical care air ambulance. Special considerations include flight physiology, flight safety, as well as environmental anxieties for the patient and family. Additional duties include continuing patient relations and marketing.

Instrumental in preparation for initial licensure, which was granted after a zero deficiency inspection of a start-up fixed wing program. Prepared a business plan to locate an alternate base in Central America targeting repatriation of US citizens and regional citizens requesting US healthcare.

Responsible for the duties of a paramedic in a hospital based EMS organization servicing a busy 911 area. The service also provided facility transfers, some at the SCT level.
