DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide day to day management of utilities and forklifts for the plant • Ensure safe, efficient, regulatory compliant operation of the refrigeration system. • Provide refrigeration training and guidance to maintenance Technician•. Develop predictive/preventative maintenance programs for utilities. • Resolve equipment malfunctions by evaluating performance breakdowns, identifying the root cause, safely repairing the equipment, and taking actions to prevent recurring failures. • Ensure department compliance with GMPs, safety policies and training schedule. • Ensure all PMs related to utilities and the regulatory programs are up to date and complete. • Maintain critical spare parts program for utilities. • Maintain P&ID drawings for the refrigeration systems. • Maintain records for all utilities. • Work with manufacturing and production teams to identify areas of concern and improvement opportunities (control & operational). • Supervise the repair and improvements of the forklift fleet. • Experience with development of PSM and RMP programs, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), PSM auditing, and Mechanical Integrity (MI) evaluations. • Computer skills (Excel, Word}.

I organize complete audit of facilities to determine building's condition and maintenance programs required. Build a complete database that keeps track of maintenance required and perform, including HVAC, roofs, conveyors, landscaping, janitorial service, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarm, security alarms. Established system/network for quality control of scheduled maintenance.
