Including collaboration with leaders to recruit, hire, engage, retain, and develop talent to build organizational competencies necessary to ensure business success. - Created a benefit portfolio featuring rich plan designs and affordable cost structure by streamlining the benefit offering and capturing economies of scale. Successfully negotiated benefit contracts resulting in financial savings several million dollars during my tenure. - Planned and executed strategic approach and tactical activities related to the start-up of four state-of-the-art factories; start-up of three distribution centers; relocation of 2 operational units; and permanent closure of two facilities. - Leadership experience in Continuous Quality Improvement, team-based environment. Emphasis on outcomes and creative problem solving through analytical, systemic approaches.
