Phil Webster is a self-taught artist exploring the intersections of mathematical patterns and shapes, natural forms, ancient design traditions, and sacred geometry.

Responsible for coordinating physical IT infrastructure, selecting software solutions, and managing all software configuration and integration for key systems to run the 1440 Multiversity.

Specializing in WordPress-based web sites and iOS apps for individuals and small businesses.

Oversaw a staff of 5 and managed all daily operations as well as capital projects for the IT area. Projects included implementation of new financial & hospitality software package; installation of 200+ seat VoIP system; installation of domain controller, Active Directory, and Exchange servers.

Brought organization to the administration of five Department Heads and a faculty of over 40 teachers. Served as liaison between the head of education, Department Heads, and faculty. Oversaw contracts and scheduling, faculty DOE approval process, and editing, maintenance, and publishing of class materials.

Wrote, edited, designed, and formatted materials for corporate training programs. Created workbooks, overheads, and leader guides using MS Word and PowerPoint. Created Excel-based forms to collect survey data via email, as well as program to automatically compile data into Access database for reporting. Lead person in creation and piloting of “Critical Dimensions,” an experiential critical thinking training game.

Used AutoCAD to create high quality bicycle maps covering the state of Massachusetts. Participated in all phases of production, from scripting, data conversion, and custom AutoLISP programming to drafting, layout, and production of final color-separated Postscript files.Key Accomplishments:• Developed custom routines to automate map production, e.g., to intelligently remove points from coastlines while preserving shape, to insert hill indicators along roads based on surrounding elevation grid data, etc.• Drafted from scratch all map components for the majority of the company’s Eastern Massachusetts map
