I started work with BRITISH AEROSPACE GROUP and then moved into Vehicle Design with INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN.I worked as a Studio Engineer with many different companies dealing with concept cars using new technologies.I have spent the last five years in Engineering working in the OIL AND GAS SECTOR dealing with exotic materials producing CMM programmes checking first offs patrol inspection and the running of the department on a night shift basis.

My responsibilities include initial feasibility studies, based on package, manufacturing and legal restraints, with include the production of BIW section books, initial feasibility digital models on CATIA –based on tape drawings, ergonomic buck design, clay armature buck design and liaising with other engineering groups within the company to communicate the designers intention and gather information to include in the model, whether digital (Alias) or Clay. Additional work I have undertaken includes creative package work with a clean sheet, which involves marketing input as well as engineering information and creating surprise and delight features with a styling proposal.
