Phil's first foray into real estate was putting an extension on his own house in Sydney. He pulled off the roof on his 2 bedroom cottage and extended it into a 5 bedroom house during his summer vacation as a schoolteacher. He built several houses over the years and did several rehabs on million dollar homes. In 2010 Phil went into rehabbing full time, focusing on buying short sales. These days Phil uses his knowledge and expertise to do property inspections for home buyers and investors. By doing a thorough inspection, he helps buyers avoid buying a money pit!
