Managed a £2.5 million tomato & cucumber packing project, designing the floor layout and procuring the majority of all equipment, this also included several civil engineering minor projects designed to accommodate the increase in staff required . Designed a £450k bespoke grape weighing and snipping line reaping yield and efficiency gains in excess of £30k per week. Designed and project managed a radial multihead citrus weighing line (the first in the UK) achieving up to 100 nets per minute with excellent weight control & yield increases. Project managed the demolision of several walls & offices to create a large open plan office with little or no disruption to the colleagues.

Managed all site maintenance operations on Newly Weds Ossett site. Responsible for all services and facilities to include buildings & grounds. Implemented energy reduction program and achieved a 15% energy saving with a value in excess of £150k per year. Increased OEE levels to world class levels by implementing sound and specifically targeted PPMs, root cause analysis, risk assessing lines to determine impact on downtime of critical components. Fire risk assessor, H&S risk assessor. Responsible for engineering at 2 other Newly Weds foods sites in Corby and Helmond in Holland.
