•Elected by Attain’s partners to serve a two-year term as a member of the Board of Directors. As a member of the five-person Board, established compensation plans for executives, growth and revenue targets, and internal human resource growth plans for all 700+ employees in the firm.•Supported internal valuation initiatives during negotiations with private equity firms and potential acquisition targets to determinate appropriate price targets and integration points.•Built a team of over 200 consultants and technologists from a team of ONE. The team includes analysts, technologists, and scientist that serve the EPA, NIH, CDC, DOE, and VA. •Maintained full management and oversight responsibility for performance, technical solutions, contracting, finance, pricing, leadership, teaming, and marketing for over $200M in contract value for health and research focused technology contracts – activities resulted in a 527% growth in revenue over a three-year period. •Identified and led the acquisition and integration of a confidential firm into the Attain brand.
