Phil is the leader and Managing Director of Corporate Edge Coaching and has grown the business into a regional entity consulting to Australia, New Zealand (NZ) and South East Asia. Phil has been coaching one on one at the senior level of organisations for over 16 years working mainly with Managing Directors and CEO's, General Managers and National Managers. Phil has created and facilitated successful development workshops training both senior management and middle management in areas such as leadership development, coaching, management and internal communication. The workshops are either custom built for client needs or are selected from the suite of workshops that Phil has specifically developed. Phil also facilitates strategic planning meetings to establish business direction and objectives, vision and values and cultural alignment. These meetings are usually held with the board of directors, senior management team or nominated management teams. Phil is a sought after conference speaker presenting on Leadership, Coaching, Behavioural Change, as well as Motivation and Team Building. Phil is also an NLP practitioner. Phil founded Corporate Edge in 1999 and developed a series of concepts and models that facilitate the development of leadership and coaching delivered through one on one coaching, group workshops, conferences and public forums. Phil has been engaged with companies such as Westfield, Harvey Norman, Caltex, Dan Murphy's, Canon, Ecolab, Qantas, Vodafone and Sydney Opera House to name just a few. Phil has over 21 years experience in retail, in Australia, NZ and in Singapore and over 10 years experience in Consulting, Coaching and Leadership Development at Corporate Edge. Phil has previously held positions including Operations Director, General Manager Operations and Regional Director of a $2.4 Billion business and prior to starting Corporate Edge has worked for and consulted to: Woolworths Australia, Dairy Farm International and Rebel Sport.
