The LIME Foundation and the NextGen Trades Academy enlightens, embraces and empowers young adults to learn about the trades and launch their career. As a business development executive, I worked with government and C&I customers to implement clean energy programs that provide both energy and operational savings. The energy service solutions included solar, battery storage, EV chargers, energy efficiency building upgrades and digital IoT controls. Most projects utilized the savings generated by the facility upgrades to help finance the overall project (guaranteed performance contracts). The complex sale incorporated my years of business, technical, clean energy and financial expertise.

Ekso Bionics manufactures robotic exoskeletons to enable people with spinal cord injuries and stroke incidents to stand up and walk.• Develop a robotic exoskeleton to enable the rehabilitation of stroke survivors. Coordinated the product development with a team of electrical, mechanical and software robotics engineers.• Successfully launched the highly complex product on time.• Coordinated the product development between engineering, product marketing, purchasing, manufacturing and overall operations.• Enabled cross-functional communication resulting in greater efficiency and timely product release.• Evaluated the company’s communications and management platforms and established new organizational processes.
