Phil Amodeo’s real estate and business background spans more than 30 years of successful experience. A graduate of the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, he earned his Indiana Real Estate Broker’s license shortly thereafter. After working in the home building industry for several years, Phil entered the real estate profession in early 1980’s. In 2001, he was recruited to become the Executive Vice President of the Montana Association of REALTORS®, and also spent several years working in the real estate profession in the Western U.S. before returning to Central Indiana. Phil has increased his knowledge and expertise over the years earning several professional designations and certifications, including qualifying for the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (held by less than 3% of all REALTORS®) Phil also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation to provide added expertise to buyers and sellers who are 50+, and is a Certified Mentor with EXP Realty.The underlying common thread of Phil’s success can be summarized in one concept: building & maintaining relationships through excellent customer service and empathy for his clients.
