Editing work has ranged from proofreading to comprehensive editorial review of a wide range of documents including marketing materials, internal training and sales manuals, messaging and planning frameworks, documentation of software solutions, white papers, slide presentations, and corporate reports.Since 2017, I have become more involved in writing as well, focused mainly on community stories for the Microsoft Datacenter Community Development program and grantee profiles for the Microsoft AI for Earth program. Additionally, I have been helping in the development of documentation, including both writing and editing, for a start-up company creating various devices using Internet-of-Things technologies.

Performed editorial review of most formal documents produced by 3Sharp, including documentation of software solutions, technical white papers, training labs, and speaker notes for demonstrations. Also performed some quality assurance testing of training labs and demonstrations.

Edited technical white papers covering a variety of Microsoft enterprise-level products. Wrote Microsoft Windows 2000-related case studies for MSDN. Provided quality assurance testing for numerous demonstrations and training labs.

Set design of book, laid out all copy and graphics, wrote and edited the program notes and other copy. Coordinated layout and print production to ensure books were printed efficiently. Also responsible for design and production of concert season brochure (1998–2002).

Provided data analysis, graphics, copyediting, and desktop publishing in support of client work. Also provided computer and general administrative support for the office.
