My goal is to utilize my enthusiasm for technology, business, and education to foster a dynamic and engaging learning centered environment that produces graduates who exceed potential employer expectationsI am currently the Director of Ancillary & Business Services, responsible for overseeing sustainable business services to Okanagan College Campuses, supporting an inclusive, engaging and dynamic student centred learning environment. Over the past 20 years at Okanagan College I have had the privilege of serving as Regional Dean for the Central Okanagan, Associate Dean of Science, Technology,Health & Social Development, as well a Department Chair and Professor in the Network and Telecommunications Engineering Program. I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, a Masters of Science in Internet Design and Infrastructure, with an industry background and education in Information Technology. Before taking on roles in senior higher-ed leadership, I worked in the IT and Tech industry for 20 years, teaching for 11 of those years as a certified Cisco Networking Academy instructor for A+, CCNA, CCNA-Security, and CCNP curriculum.
