Career Highlights & Affiliations:As an industry leader, Phil provides education as a speaker on a regular basis to platforms like Hardscape North America, the New England Hardscape show and New England Grows. His company Pave Tool is featured regularly amongst those platforms for its innovative nature. Phil’s hardscape company built three Techo Bloc showcases which enhanced the live build. Phil is an active member of CMHA, NECMA, a Techo Pro, and an authorized Unilock contractor. His tools and knowledge have been featured in magazines on several occasions such as Hardscape Magazine, and Landscape Contractor Magazine. In the Beginning:Phil Bahler started a hardscaping business with his brothers called Bahler Brothers in 1985. He found the need to invent tools to make his job easier and to increase quality and production efficiencies. In addition, to save his body from the grueling task of hardscaping. He and his brothers grew the business to 30+ employees with 4 full time sales team designers and 12 plus installation crews. In 2006, Pave Tool was launched to offer hardscapers Phil’s complete tool line. Who he Is?Phil finds his greatest pleasure in hearing how Pave Tool products have changed the quality of contractor’s lives. Phil has dedicated his life’s work to creating products and educating with his weekly tips for an ever-changing hardscape industry. To date, Phil has created over 80 Made in America quality tools.
