I am a Baking and Pastry Arts student at George Brown College, and Bakery Assistant at KWENTO bake shop. Dedicated to baking, recipe development and research, my goal is to continue this journey of development in the food and beverage industry. Besides my passion for baking, I am also very passionate about coffee; one day I hope to run a coffee and dessert shop. Giving back to the community, supporting local businesses, and delivering quality products to customers are part of my core values. Since the summer of 2020, I have begun selling and delivering pastries from my own kitchen to family, friends, and other members of the community. Starting a small-business myself has pushed me to develop skills in recipe development, building client base, and day-to-day business responsibilities.
