Led multiple critical projects to establish the viability of the Smart Data Center SaaS product, on-boarding more than 10 major companies and coordinating the development team to deliver new functionality based on customer requirements. Performed Business Analyst and Scrum Master roles to enable delivery and acted as admin for several team management tools. Additionally responsible for managing deployment of Vigilent Data Center cooling optimization product at Hitachi’s European HQ to integrate it with Smart Data Center.

Built and maintained relationships with Managed Storage Services (MSaaS) customers to ensure high customer satisfaction with the Hitachi Operations teams. Responsible for Change, Incident and Problem Management as well as development of the associated processes for major customers including Nomura, CGI, ENGIE and Standard Chartered Bank. Additionally acted as Project Manager for $1m deployment of ServiceNow to streamline Operations activities and achieve significant time and effort savings through standardisation and alert automation.

Delivered diverse hosting and network solutions to Savvis / CTS’ largest client.- Managed projects to deliver hardware, software and network connectivity while understanding technical requirements and liaising with the relevant teams.- Collaborated with the Client Account Managers in ensuring the clients receive the support they require following service handover. Assisted with a wide range of issues around project reporting, billing queries, service audits and documentation as well as contributing to project meetings.

Primary point of contact for all single orders and projects allocated to me for the installation of network connections to new sites. - Wide experience of installing Fibre, Copper, E1, DSL and PSTN connections from Telecom providers throughout Europe, including Colt, Verizon, SSE, BT, Orange Business Services & Telefonica- Worked with major multinational companies such as easyJet, Thomson Reuters and ASOS to ensure their network installations ran to time and budget.
