Lead JLP's Sustainable and Healthy Buildings strategy, covering:<> Climate resilience and environmental risk<> Clean and Healthy travel (include Electric Vehicle charging)<> Health and Well-being in the Built Environment <> Responsible Development (Responsible sourcing, environmental management and resource efficiency)

* Expert in sustainable design and construction with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and the costs/benefits of sustainable development. Substantial experience in a wide range of topics including low/zero carbon energy, environmental assessment, policy development and resource efficiency (i.e. materials, waste, carbon, energy, water). * Excellent ability to analyse and understand the factors influencing sustainability. Developed a number of tools and appraisal models to assess the impact of material selection in construction These models cover areas such as carbon (operational and embodied), waste and recycled content and water.* Strong-track record of delivering presentations and training. Responsible for training over 1,000 delegates.* Detailed knowledge of sustainable procurement and recently completed the development of guidance addressing procurement requirements for resource efficiency. * Responsible for development of policy and guidance documents for a range of subjects including carbon compliance standards for zero carbon homes and analysis of the impact of the Green Deal / ECO.* Thorough awareness of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and is involved on a number of projects analysing the potential to use IM tools to facilitate the assessment of sustainability.
