I have worked within the Real Estate industry for over 30 years. I started my career working for Daniel Smith, before moving to Dalgleish in 1992. In 2005, I joined CBRE through the acquisition of Dalgleish. From 2013 to 2017, I was managing the UK Retail Team at CBRE, specialising in Central London Investment. In June 2017, I was appointed as UK Head of Investment Properties working closely with CBRE's leading EMEA and Global Capital Markets teams and also with CBRE's EMEA Capital Advisors team. My key focuses are retail dynasties and cross border investors. I advise major clients including M&G, Great Portland Estates Plc, Legal & General, Norges, British Land, Standard Life and Aberdeen Asset Management.I am a member of the Business in the Community (www.bitc.org.uk) focussed on British BIDs and the support for the future of the UK high streets forum. Also, I am an elected board member of the Westminster Property Association (westminsterpropertyassociation.com) representing Retail. On this board, I play a key role in the strategic direction of the Association. Additionally, I am a board member of the Bond Street Strategic Board where I am responsible for delivering the first UK Property Owners Business Improvement District. We are working in partnership with Westminster City Council, Transport for London, Mayor of London and the New West End Company.
