Lead a team of 8-12 people who ranged from entry level Sales reps (1-3 years) to mid level Sales Execs (4-7 years).Focused on processes in a forward thinking and adaptable fashion to create long term successes.I handled weekly one-on-ones with both my sales team members and our executive team providing updates, strategy changes and guidance on the direction our division was heading. I lead the Sales team in the development processes of new partnerships that were offered to new or existing partners.Instrumental in the creation and development of EatStreet’s industry leading “Hunger Hub” that targets consumers “90 meals a month” with expanded meal offerings through delivery. Worked with corporate chains and independent restaurants to create ‘Heat to Eat’ items and expanded them beyond Retail sales into Wholesale sales. Created mutually beneficial partnerships with Ghost Kitchen companies (Food Haul and Forward Kitchens), and our existing EatStreet delivery restaurant partners, which added value to all three companies. I was a part of the legal process when creating these partnerships with Food Haul and Forward Kitchens, creating boilerplate contracts, working through commission negotiations and all other requirements of both parties in the relationships. Led interdepartmental collaboration and implementation between EatStreet’s Logistics, Accounting, Marketing, Product and IT as well as other departments and both Food Haul and Forward kitchens. I was the leader of EatStreet's Ghost Kitchen Sales Department.
