Current- Streamline process and resolve the bottleneck: Increase the fulfillment accuracy by 1% (98%->99%), improve the order picking process time by 9%
- Purchase warehouse equipment - successfully reach 2nd source vendor and achieve $10K less in saving, as well as negotiate less PM rate by 6%
- Lead projects and implement continuous improvements including achieving $36K cost saving project
- Develop and implement 4 department KPIs and periodically review it. 3 KPIs achieve target and 1 fail.
- Cross-department communicating, including Purchasing, Logistic, Inventory, Finance, Planning, Production, R&D, QA, and Sales & Marketing.
