I bring over 24 years of military experience in strategic and operational intelligence analysis, with a focus on counter-terrorism threat intelligence and security. My military career equipped me with the ability to analyse complex intelligence data and develop strategies to counteract a wide range of threats, ensuring national and global security.Following my military service, I transitioned into the commercial sector, where I have accumulated over 15 years of industry experience. My focus has been on infrastructure security and administration, particularly within Microsoft systems. I have supported various industry sectors, gradually specialising in cybersecurity and infrastructure security. My expertise in this area has allowed me to help organisations protect their critical assets and systems from ever-evolving digital threats.In addition to my industry experience, I have spent the last 4 years working with cybersecurity apprentices across all sectors. This role involved guiding and mentoring the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field.As a trained and experienced ethical hacker, cyber threat intelligence analyst, and digital forensics expert, I possess a comprehensive skill set that spans the full spectrum of cybersecurity. Currently, I manage the cyber and security portfolio, working across various industries to deliver effective training programs. My focus is on ensuring that delegates not only achieve competency and certification but also gain the practical expertise needed to navigate the complexities of the cybersecurity landscape.In addition I am actively involved in classroom training and developing courseware both with our vendor partners and bespoke cybersecurity and cybercrime packages.
