• Developed the Big ticket delivery system and process infrastructure and 4 years of version improvements for 1000 timed deliveries per day.
• Led the creation of systems linkages between the Big ticket delivery system and proprietary corporate supply chain systems housed on MVS mainframe.
• Led the development for overall systems build and integration of all corporate information systems to support 1 million customers across Ontario and 1200 employees managing a 500 million in assets. This was a multi.
• Developed the first vacation email module for OVVM/PROFS using CMS/CP Rexx & Xedit as primary products.
• Led the overall direction of development of outsourced IM/IT, including RFP, RFI, RFQ processes, sourcing, contract negotiation, service level agreements and management to ensure deliverables for Union Energy

• Built 16 combined retail stores, parts distribution and small warehouse locations in Southern Ontario. Project was completed from site survey to handover in 16 weeks.
• Renovated and managed client turnover for franchises including Subway, Tim Hortons, Pizza Pizza, and inhouse brands
• Led the build of the Union Energy call centre with capacity to support 1200 employeees and 1 million customers customers in Ontario
• Built the Union Energy data entry centre. Deployment took 4 weeks.
• Led the buildout of Union Energy’s head office, from site selection to completion
