I believe in the power of reciprocation.Hurbon International Ltd.'s primary focus is product design and manufacturing.We work together with clients to create new products/product lines with innovative material and processes. Project scopes from ideation and design optimization (design for manufacturing), prototyping, engineering verification and ultimately production verification, and includes establishing a complete supply chain to enable product delivery.For composites, my work spirals around carbon fiber and aramid fiber composites. Operations includes manufacturing of raw materials, product designs, part forming (with various types of processes) as well as CNC machining. Product ranges from sports and utilities (e.g. flippers, bicycles etc.), to military (e.g. drones, bullet proof, fire proof etc.), to automotive (e.g. aero-parts, aesthetic parts), to boutique.For textile, we focus on functional sportswear textiles (e.g. conductive fibers, sweat wicking, anti-germ growth, Goretex etc.), as well as production of raw composite textiles (Dry, Prepreg, Matrix Systems-Thermalset & Thermoplastics).
