I am an experienced services professional, adding value to client relationships and customer experiences. Over recent years I have primarily been focused on onboarding new customers through software implementations and efficiency improvement plans. This typically involves requirements gathering, task management, client meetings, data migration, input/output template design, project management, internal marketing and training in various forms. I have worked collaboratively with others to define new internal approaches and procedures in an AGILE environment. In particular, I have developed and refined training offerings, developing materials and upskilling a team of facilitators.
