After having worked for fifteen years as a manager and teacher in the ESL business in Taiwan, I have recently relocated to the UK. I am seeking to use my language, communication and organisational skills in a role which involves working as part of a team to achieve goals. I enjoy working with people from across cultural lines.   Alongside teaching local students (aged 5 -16) English in classroom setting, I have been responsible for a group of foreign teachers. Duties have included, but not limited to: setting monthly schedules; communication between local (Taiwanese) and foreign (US, UK, RSA, Can, Ire) staff; material and skills training; assisting with professional development; project planning and implentation; conflict resolution and general administrational duties. I have had to adjust and learn new skills to keep abreast of evolving changes in the educational environment.
