I have a particular expertise in DCM, structured finance & securitisation, derivatives and market infrastructure. I head the Derivatives & Trading Practice at Arthur Cox. I am trusted adviser to Ireland's leading financial institutions and corporates on their most important matters. My outlook and experience is also very international. I began my legal career in a Magic Circle firm in London, and from 2017 to 2020 I managed Arthur Cox's New York representative office. When they are doing business in or through Ireland, I am proud to be go-to Irish counsel for leading corporates and market participants (and their counsel) across borrower/issuer/buy side, lender/arranger/sell side and market infrastructure providers.
