As a HR professional I can identify and place the right people in the right positions and communicate with them effectively. If you need me as a project catalyst, get in touch!My background is in the Marine Sector and I still bring my 30 years of knowledge and experience to provide specialist advice and support nationwide for fleet and off shore personnel, system improvements and legal compliance.I was involved in the setting up of Barrow & District Credit Union, which opened its doors to the public in February 2012 and sit on the board of this vital community organisation as Vice Chair.Having been heavily involved with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) for many years as Chair of the Furness Branch of the Federation of Small Business (FSB), I am still passionate about the small business sector and work to ensure that the voice of the small business is heard by the right people in the places. I also chaired the Barrow-in-Furness BID Steering Group.
