Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer is a huge Christian landmark. It will sit in the heart of the UK by the end of 2023. The gigantic monument of hope will host a million accounts of answered prayer, making it the largest database of hope stories in the world.I am working with individuals and organisations to facilitate an area of the site called Heroes of the faith woodland. The commemorative trees will work in exactly the same way as the wall. 162 mature trees will be planted on the grounds and will tell the story of great faith in action and the impact the individual has had on the world.

Connecting and networking across the UK church on behalf of onebyone.One By One is a missions organisation with a heart for the poor and broken across the Third World. Formed in 2011 by Becky and Matthew Murray, One By One has offices in the UK, USA and the African base, at King’s Children’s Home, Bumala B, Kenya. One By One also runs a widows’ programme in North Sri Lanka, working with women whose husbands were killed in the brutal civil war. In addition, The Dignity Project – that provides teenage girls with re-usable sanitary items and education – was formed in 2016, and has now expanded to several nations including Kenya, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, South Africa and Swaziland. Love Your Neighbour is strategically partnering with volunteers, churches, schools, hospitals, charities, businesses, local councils and others across the UK to help as many people as we possibly can. Our volunteer teams are sourcing and delivering food at scale to those in need and have so far delivered over 3.5 million meals across the nation. Starting with an emergency pop-up food bank in London, Love Your Neighbour has grown in a few months to become a nation-wide alliance of over 290 churches of all denominations, and over 1,000 schools and local community projects.

If you’re not familiar with Big Church Festival, it is the UK’s largest annual gathering of the wider church that creates a space for all denominations and ages to gather each year for 2 exciting days of worship and celebration. My role with BCDO : Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key leaders, networks, churches ,people gatherers and influencers across the UK. I work closely with churches together gatherings and networks ensuring that the heart and vision of all things Big Church Day Out is shared out to the wider church so that we can celebrate unity, mission and all things that are good. I also liase with our internal departments to deliver local marketing tools to help in this activity and closely work with the Big Church Live team to link local churches to the nationwide tours that we host across the UK.

As a hub manager for Community Church Derby and The Riverside Centre I had the task of bringing the commercial aspects of the church and facilitating the church events to run seamlessly together.Also involved in re-branding, project managing the large upgrades to the building, the school and securing a venue for a new nursery.Responsible for a large team of salaried, casual and volunteer staff. Customer service improved across all areas and the conferencing business continues to grow dramaticially.I have extensive experience running projects, teams, training events and conferences with Total Oil GB ltd. Greenthumb Lawn Treatment Service and Superdrug Stores PLC. this employment history and experience has been essential for me to be successful in this position.

Responsible for the management of a network of branches across the UK, primarily through the delivery of operational compliance and managing P&L. Duties also include the recruitment, motivating, training and driving a team of Lawn Operatives, Office Administrators and Sales force to provide specialist lawn care treatments to domestic householders, in addition to property management companies, as well as maintaining high customer service and standards across the region.
