This involved prototyping the use of Product Models where different Product Properties were assigned, the use of BOM variants and Product Specifications that used configuration combinations of the various Product properties to arrive at various versions of the same product. This streamlined Redflex's Product Hierarchy and downstream processes such as MRP, Production Planning and Control as well as Customer delivery and invoicing activities.

This involved overseeing the new 1511 release, coordinating the testing effort and various enhancements required in the C4C User Experience (UI). Since then I have been working with our SALES team to implement the solution on their iPADs. We have rolled out the solution to over 150 sales representatives and all is going well. My C4C consulting experience involved:- Overseeing each of the following C4C releases - 1602, 1605, 1608, 1611 releases. - Setting up quarterly meeting with Schweppes business staff to go through new release opportunities. - Overseeing the testing activities that in the most part were carried out by Infosys Consulting. Also carried out my own testing activities. - C4C configuration and UI changes to solve any incidents/defects that come out of testing activities.- Management of any incidents with SAP themselves. - Assisting the business with ongoing activities such as the loading of Product Lists, Management of Routes, monitoring of web services etc. - Configuration of new functionality e.g. Customer Fact Sheet, Organisational Unit interface to copy Sales Groups through, Offline capability settings, new Code List mapping entries. - Fine-tuning changes. - New fields via Adaptation Mode. - Both Native and Extended C4C applications on iPads and the Windows responsive UI (Extended) application.

This involved the following activities:- architecting the Front-End and Back-End system arrangement as it applies within the Schweppes Australia landscape. - setting up the infrastructure for running the applications including installation of Add-on Packs in both our Front-End and Back-End SAP systems, activation of base services as detailed in the standard SAP RDS material. - configuration of the FIORI launchpad, catalogs, groups etc.- configuration of the full end to end applications following the standard SAP RDS material. The two applications included the Approve Purchase Requisition and Track Purchase Orders. - setting up of the necessary security roles in providing access to the FIORI launchpad and the 2 applications for pilot users. The pilot has been successful and I am now planning the rollout to all other users within Schweppes Australia in March 2016.

As part of this role I oversaw the following activities:- installation of TEST and PRODUCTION C4C tenants (applications).- installation of over 10 integration points to SAP PI.- installation of over 5 integration points to SAP ECC (EHP7). - configuration activities within the C4C application itself. - design sessions to discuss and arrive at the best possible options to meet business requirements.- testing outcomes through the various phases all recorded in HPQC. With the impending arrival of C4C release 1511 the project completed in October 2015 and handed over to the support team to manage the SETS (Service) go live in Nov 2015.

    Senior SD/Integration Consultant in charge of two major projects: 1. Enhancing the Schweppes GS1net solution to publish product and pricing catalogs for Coles, Woolworths and Metcash. 2. Enabling full EDI ordering for KFC and Pizza Hut customers and providing weekly invoice extract files.This involved enabling EDI ordering via ORDERS05 idoc type for 400 KFC and Pizza Hut customers allowing Schweppes Customer service staff to focus on order compliance rather than order chasing. The Invoice extract design was completely configurable that allowed sending of the file to multiple email addresses. This also created a far easier approach to bringing on new customers. The last part of this project involved creation of an Order Compliance report. This contained traffic lights highlighting those orders that contained anomolies. This report also highlighted customers that had missed their order and forgot to raise it. The major deliverables out of these projects included:- Business requirements document based on existing HLBC (High-Level Business Case). Confirmed requirements with key business stakeholders. - Created detailed Functional and Technical Design specifications covering all aspects of the deliverables. This included Visio design diagrams, screen layouts, expected output layouts etc. - Creation of test plans covering Unit, Integration and UAT Testing cycles. I carried out the testing cycles and recorded/managed all of the testing information in HP’s Quality Centre. - Created Transition to Support (T2S) documents covering all of the new functions so that suppoty staff were informed. - Created detailed User Guides on ALL functions created as part of both projects. I carried out the daily Project Management tasks for both projects above and included the communication that was required between all parties for the EDI ordering component. All of the above components delivered significant value to the business and to Schweppes customer base.

Key tasks included: - Single-handedly creating a Business Blueprint document and met with key business stakeholders to flush out and understand all Business requirements. - Creation of process flows and GAP analysis documents on all major processes as well as conceptually designing and prototyping each and every process to fine tune and come up with the ultimate business processes. - Creation of a FRICE list with all of the relevant forms, reports, interfaces, conversions and enhancements. - Single handedly analysed and converted all of CCFA's legacy customer and material information into SAP. This also included all of the relevant pricing design elements. - Designing and developing the 4 key business processes with CCFA's complex business operations including ACT route sales, NSW Line-haul deliveries, NFL/CCFA Inter-company transactions and Cash sales transacted with customers that drive in an appear at the Customer Service window. - Designing and developing ALL of the pricing and rebates configuration.- Designing ALL configuration elements such as Sales document, Billing document and Copy Control configuration, Partner determination, Text determination and all other SD/LE components. - Worked with an RF Consultant to design Logistics Consolidated picking functions within the Trancollector application. This enabled CCFA to pick in a consolidated fashion for all of their main ACT Route business. This was a key deliverable that worked from Day 1. - Designing and developing all of the Logistic Execution functions which also involved DSD functionality.
