I have over ten years’ experience the banking sector, experience in bank operations as well as leadership, risk management, fraud awareness and teller operations, The last seven years in a supervisory/management role, my current role being a Branch Manager at Capitec Bank. I bring sound knowledge of bank’s laid-down policies and procedures including regulatory acts such as National Credit Act, Companies Act and Consumer Protection Act, Labor related legislation such as the BCEA. Led the branch to rank amongst the top 20 performing branches in team awards pay-outs within the first quarter of appointment as branch manager and continue to consistently perform and maintain quarterly team awards.
