• Select and purchase all stock from local, national and international suppliers ensuring that Nordic had the right product mix, profit margin and product quality.• Develop commercial sales and strengthen relationships with the current portfolio of clients.• Manage all marketing including the website, point of sale, and all media promotional activity.• Human resource responsibilities in relation to staff management, training, mentoring and motivation of the team.• Constant evaluation of the business plan to ensure the continued financial growth of Nordic.• Look at new systems and procedures that will enhance both Nordics efficiency along with customer satisfaction and retention

• Negotiate advertising contracts with suppliers.• Design and develop the Office Technology catalogues.• Sell the Office Technology programmes to the group’s dealers.• Look for new opportunities that would increase group and dealer revenues.• Design, manage and develop the Office Technology, Computer Supplies, Visual and Interactive, Office Sundries and Desktop Supplies sections of the annual catalogue.

• Support the Marketing Director and Product Managers with the production of their catalogues and help grow the business in both the UK and overseas.• Assist in establishing a consistent corporate image for both of staff and products.• Organising and participating in OfficeSMARTs attendance at international trade shows.
