I am a versatile professional with extensive experience in warehousing, accounting, programming, and computer and networking support. I started my career in warehousing before moving on to become an assistant controller and later transitioned to providing computer and networking support in the manufacturing industry.After my experience in manufacturing, I transitioned to the alarm monitoring industry and helped grow the customer base from 35,000 to 175,000. Following that, I became the director of a 24-hour call center where we sold office products to businesses nationwide. During my time at the call center, I researched and implemented a call monitoring and customer service quality system for a total of 5 call centers in the US.After the call center, I became a franchisee in the handyman industry for 10 years. During that time, I chaired the advisory council and consistently ranked in the top 5 for sales among other franchise owners.After my franchise experience, I continued in the home repair business with my own company. While handyman services are still a part of my business, I now specialize in custom slideouts and closets, which make up the majority of my work. My goal is to help homeowners make their living spaces more functional and organized, while providing top-quality service that exceeds their expectations.In addition to my professional experience, I am a graduate of Wichita State University with a degree in accounting. I also have experience in lean manufacturing and quality metrics, and I hold a Class B contractor's license. I am a certified Aging in Place Specialist through the National Association of Home Builders, which has provided me with specialized knowledge in construction and aging in place.
