Vice President, Content Experience & Strategy
CurrentI own the content roadmap, resourcing, and delivery for AI (generative AI, artificial intelligence, machine learning), Data (Data Cloud, Tableau, CRM Analytics, Reports & Dashboards), and CRM (Sales, Service, Field Service, Commerce, Marketing) product suites. I also lead the Content Design team, working closely with UX to research and design effective user experiences in the app. Teams in my organization develop content experiences that help customers learn, use, and succeed with Salesforce, including in-app assistance, UI text, videos, hands-on Trailhead training (millions of badges earned), help, developer doc, and more. I created and established strategic programs on writer productivity, content strategy, information architecture, editorial quality, video production (nearly 5 M views per year), and visual design that span our department and beyond. I collaborate with executives and stakeholders across the company on content strategy, content design, taxonomy, inclusive language, and content impact KPIs. I manage contracts and relationships for vendors who provide tools and services that make us more productive.
