Enterprise architect with extensive experience in programme and project delivery as well as strategic and enterprise architecture. Involved in a number of Transformational Projects and Programmes in various lead technical roles introducing CRM, EDRMS, ERP and line of business solutions. Philip has experience working in a large complex heterogynous technical environment at an Enterprise level and of introducing change to support business transformation at a project and programme levels. He has experience working as a Technical and Solutions Architect to introduce business change and is familiar with working in a PRINCE2, MSP and CHAMP's 2 project and programme methodologies and frameworks. He has worked with project and programme teams and clients to define solutions to support desired business benefits and then to architect the subsequent technology to deliver them. More recently Philip has been working with Birmingham City Council on their on a major three year service transition, which will gradually transfer back full control of our IT and digital services from Capita - ICT and Digital Services, with the council becoming the “System/Service Integrator”by 2021. This change programme is a major undertaking and will be the biggest transformation of IT and digital services in the Local Government Sector, delivering savings and significant changes to operational services.
