Land acquisition, relationship management, estimating and product development.

A 360-degree marketing role looking after a large range of new and exciting business initiatives portfolio including co-working, events, meeting rooms, digital media, customer experience, partnerships and digital projects.

Manager of the Queensland Sales and Marketing team, consisting of 11 regional consultants and 1 marketing executive. Included display program management, new product design, campaign marketing, training, reporting, lead generation, sales workflow, partnerships and acquisition.

Short contract role to use my cross department experience to establish sales, marketing and customer service processes and strategy for growth of a new company.

Managing the home and land process for all of the QLD business including packaging, business development, land acquisition and research. Built key partnerships with developers and boosted the product offering of "complete" packages to new home purchasers.

Responsible for Home and Land sales within the retail business, including OPOL. Successfully completed developments include Warner Links (Bray Park), The Edge (Warner) and Parkside Estate (Albany Creek). Enjoyed designing home solutions for the not too easy blocks.

Responsible for all land, home and land package and pre-built home sales for various projects across north Brisbane.

Varied and challenging role involving direct display sales, sourcing marketing material for the QLD business, house and land management, online listings, reporting and sales administration. In my time with Simonds, I was also exposed to workflow management, administration/operations, sales estimation and production drafting.

Second in charge of the QLD internal sales team for an iconic Australian drinks brand. On top of the day to day operations of an internal sales team - order entry, customer service, complaints resolution, outbound sales campaigns and product education, my role also involved quality control, training, reporting, key account management and performance management. Proudly awarded the national sales award in 2009 for being the top performer across all KPI's nationally within the Australian internal sales team.
