Requirements & responsibilities include the following…..• Understanding of the account portfolio, their consumers, and therefore their sales and marketing needs for all Kodak Alaris products.• Develop, maintain and implement account plans for short-term and long-term business across all Kodak product/services categories to deliver desired business results.• Ownership of the forecasting process for accounts and its input into S&OP• Ownership of the volume, revenue, earnings and share goals for each account• Working with all key team members from the Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Planning business functions to deliver the company strategy.• Negotiation with accounts to obtain agreement to the ranging, pricing, promotional plans and activities and, where appropriate, obtain contractual commitment. • Have a sound understanding of the account’s business and structure, building relationships with the key contacts to ensure the successful implementation of all activities.• Monitor and regularly report on Kodak and competitors’ performance within the channel/accounts.• Work pro-actively to build the business and to propose corrective action if performance is falling short of expectations• Finally, I act as the focal point for all communication between Kodak Alaris & accounts to deliver the above and also increase account intimacy.
