About Phil Doughty

I have supported IVRs since 2005, but my agile journey began in spring 2018, when I was asked to be the initial Product Owner for the CC IVR receiving 25 million calls a month. Our scrum laid the foundation for many processes in place today shared by at least 10 teams releasing potentially every six weeks. My team has been focused on simplifying the customer experience while improving security protocols contributing to an overall 5% increase in self-service containment and a 5% increase to authenticated calls to queue.
