I report on latent or patent damage to vehicles which have suffered mechanical failure or have illegal tyres, which could lead to repudiation or a void policy to support the business and wider industry. I inspect policy holder and third-party vehicles from images and report on causation to assist with liability establishment. I also determine the likelihood of occupancy movement for personal injury claims and produce written reports to assist in claims and fraud investigations.I am proficient in handling complaints and perform a root cause analysis of the complainant’s issue. I compile final response letters which consider the Financial Ombudsman Service standards, to ensure continued fair treatment of customers. Furthermore, I provide recommendations to improve internal processes when applicable.I follow set procedures and practices including abiding by GDPR and company data protection policies.
