• Management of an EPC NEC4 contract for a £4M+ CHP and Steam Raising Plant including EC&I, Systems Integration and Functional Safety Design and Installation, as well as acting as Principal Contractor under the CDM regulations requiring close management of Piping, Civils, Mechanical, Ventilation, and EC&I subcontractors to deliver a turnkey solution to the client complying with all H&S regulations and the clients own standards and expectations.• Project management of a £300,000 EC&I design and install project for a chemical processing plant in the north of England.• Contracts management of a £500k Systems Integration contract.• Health and safety management for EC&I installation activities on top tier COMAH sites of up to 10 skilled tradesmen• Detailed design of several Safety Instrumented Systems to IEC 61511 including full specification, development and verification of all hardware up to and including SIL 3• Detailed design of several ATEX/DSEAR electrical systems including intrinsically safe circuits, flameproof enclosures, increased safety junction boxes and pressure purged systems.• Verification of the detailed design for a Gas Storage Facility in the north of England against the requirements of ATEX/DSEAR comprising 3,000 discrete items.• Proficient and experienced in developing control system software for Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi including graphics, batch and continuous control.• Experience in the production of specification documentation from high level User Requirements Specifications to full Detailed Design Specifications.
