Frustrated with the stagnation of meaningful improvements in gaming mice, I startedAtompalm to push mouse performance to the theoretical limit. My vision was to createa mouse with the lowest latency in the lightest shell. In order to realize this goal, I taught myself circuit design, how to write highly efficient embedded firmware, how to design for injection molding and prototype physical products among many other engineering and business skills.

I worked closely with the business and software teams to align their technologicaldirection. I helped design new credit acquisition systems using a microservice architecture,and guided the software teams in implementing them.

I researched emerging technologies and created proofs of concept to determine theirbusiness value.

On the Trading Solutions team, I designed and implemented the P&L components forthe new Bloomberg Terminal trade data pipeline. After building a prototype to verifythat Python was sufficient to meet our metrics, I successfully advocated for implementationin Python rather than C++.
