He has been in the industry for more than 5 years while working as the operations manager of Tema General Traders, the company based in Arusha – Tanzania. He has a hands on approach to the projects, from estimating tenders, through to final delivery while ensuring all the aspects of the projects are managed and controlled effectively and efficiently to meet client expectations. Philemon oversees the daily running of projects to ensure efficient use of resources and ensuring that the right people are allocated to the projects.He is integral to the compliance services offered by Shinebright Consulting, as he served as a Compliance officer of the Tanzania Road Haulage (TRH), one of the largest transportation and logistics companies in Tanzania, where He gained experience and built good relationship with government agencies, officers and the regulatory authorities including Surface and Marine Transport Regulatory Authority (SUMATRA), Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA), Workers Compensation Fund (WCF), National Social Security Fund (NSSF), Police Traffic, etc.Philemon is also pursuing his Certified Professional Banking (CPB) program at the Tanzania Institute of Bankers (TIOB), majoring in International trade, Financial Services, Management, Marketing, Lending and Law, to name a few. In this regard, He is a Financial consultant as well as the financial planner.
