Set up grants and partnerships management procedures for Tanzania Agriculture Productivity Program, Monitor partnerships implementations, provide guidance to Field Managers on implementation of partnerships, monitor partner projects implementation and reporting

Manage portfolio of over 500 projects implemented by grantees (Civil Society Organizations) all over Tanzania roles in particular were on monitoring grants, projects management, reporting and capacity building

 Managed Rural Based Programme (Preparing annual and quarterly activity and financial plans, implement, monitor and evaluate Community Livelihood Improvement Programme in Lindi District Facilitated Good Governance and Accountability of village Governments in Lindi District through enhancement of participatory development planning and budgeting (Incorporation of Village and Ward Development plans into District Council plan), conduct of villages annual general community meetings, transparency in District and village government plans and expenditures, : Facilitated and Supported Village Governments and District Council in Lindi to provide Social services to the community particularly for enabling children access to education through financial support for nursery schools constructions, community access to clean and safe water, improvement of health centers and HIV/AIDS Programs, accessibility of farm implements and inputs to the community  Conducted Organization Capacity Assessment to Local Non Governmental Organizations (LNGOs) and Village Institutions Facilitated organizational development of LNGOs, Community Based Associations and Village Governments in terms of managerial, institutional and resource capacity by ensuring presence of good leadership, financial management procedures, development and strategic and plans and access to funding sources through:
