Network Analyst, 2Nd Line Support

Providing 2nd Line support to clients in the finance, hospitality, law, insurance, construction and other sectors. This includes issues that are both re-active and pro-active which includes (but not limited to) the following:- Ensuring onsite/offsite backup solutions are in place and up to date (Veeam Backup & Replication/Endpoint, Symantec, Windows Backup, Mozy)- Anti-Virus solutions are in place or migrated if needed (Bitdefender, ESET, Symantec)- Liaising with 3rd parties and vendors with software or hardware issues including server warranty support (e.g. Dell, HP, Microsoft)- Configuring/updating WatchGuard firewalls- Managing virtual servers (VMware, ESXi)- Managing office moves- DNS/Domain updates/migrations- Experience includes Autotask, Datto, Microsoft Dynamics, WatchGuard, Synology, Office 365, Mimecast, PRTG, as well as lots of other software/hardware.
