Phil was with the company for more than a decade, joining the team as employee number five, and appreciates commitment, understands how to weather the storm, and helped the company achieve sustained growth.Trained in graphic design with experience in product development, Phil's passion is design in digital and physical spaces, as well as human systems of design.As Partner, Phil oversaw Human Resources as Chief People Officer and culture initiatives for the 100+ person organization. He also had the opportunity to have direct leadership over Design, UX (User Experience) and development groups at Dynamit. Phil understands what it takes to put the right team together and empower them to perform at the highest levels.During his tenure at Dynamit he was exposed to numerous clients and industries.
