I enable enterprises, agencies, and their people to adapt and evolve ways of working at scale so they have the adaptability and agility needed to achieve business outcomes and mission success.I have had the privilege of coaching large-scale Lean-Agile transformations in the telecom, entertainment, insurance, medical, finance, cybersecurity, and healthcare industries as well as within the US Federal Government.As a consultant, I focus on understanding a client’s strategy, current challenges, and desired outcomes. I believe that SAFe, or any other framework, is the vehicle — not the destination. Over the years, I’ve developed a particular passion for Lean Portfolio Management as I have seen how effectively it can accelerate Business Agility and sustainable success at scale.
