We founded PRI to fix the problems associated with post-stroke recovery in the US. When people experience stroke they receive amazing care in hospitals across America, but the great care ends when they return to the community. 30% will readmit within 90 days and 50% will readmit within one year, despite 50% of readmissions being potentially preventable through good follow on care. We provide virtual care technology and staffing to hospitals through a reimbursable program called PRISM delivering remote monitoring, care coordination and long term care management. Patients on PRISM experience a reduced risk of readmission, a better quality of life and more control, reaching their maximum recovery potential faster and in the comfort of their own home.

We have developed unique technology and know-how to enable this to happen and are partnering with hospitals and insurers to help patients across America.
