Leading individual projects within the Commercial Motors and Drives group, taking a drive assembly from initial requirements gathering stage through design and test to provide a fully verified solution.

Worked on new design concepts and supported existing catalogue of products creating 3D CAD and detailed 2D drawings for moulded, formed and machined components.Helped developed a multi purpose packaging solution for low volume products, optimising size and shape to cover a range of products.Communicated with new and existing suppliers to define new processes for concept parts.
