As Lead Assessor I was taken on to develop their Cyber Essentials offering for an established base of customers. I acted as a mentor to junior assessors and raised the quality of self-assessment marking which led to a reduction in the frequency of moderations. I worked with all levels of the business to review and improve their CE processes to establish.
