He also devised an organisational structure to improve data governance capabilities, and contributed to the formulation of recommendations around data governance and master data management (MDM).As part of an enterprise systems review for a motoring services provider, Phil prepared Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for an integration platform, a vehicle roadside assistance policy system, and a roadside assistance management system.
